		<description>Sorry, I didn&#039;t make the point clear to you.  Just by saying you save money doesn&#039;t make it so.  IF we give employees the tools to save them time, they have to invest that time into things that profit the company.

The final approving authority was very reluctant to approve the project, despite many senior people recommending it.  Finally he stated very sternly, &quot;I&#039;ll approve this under one condition, you must show me the list of names of those who lost their jobs&quot;.  Over the next few years we had several other similar projects.  Eventually there were one to two fewer people per location in addition to doing things better and having the ability to take on more business with no increase in staff.</description>
